Service requests are common for both internal processes and external requests by customers. Simple service requests can be created with the standard form library, but this advanced service request can function as the header of a work order that can be pushed back into Intacct for updated costs around labor, materials, and equipment.


As part of the customer portal experience, customers can request service for any trade vertical from SAAS to field services. The customer not only can request service but can also collaborate during the service request/ticket process. The customer can also check the status and history of previous requests. This process can also function for internal requests such as IT requests or repair work on a piece of equipment in the field. The cost section of the request can be hidden from the requestor for security.
